FAQs

  1. Who is The Corner Office for?
The Corner Office is designed primarily for employers that need a flexible way to provide professional workspace for distributed, hybrid, and client-facing employees. Companies can use TCO to support flexible work, attract and retain talent, provide appropriate settings for proprietary or confidential conversations, and make professional space available without adding offices or long-term leases.

TCO will also be available to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and other professionals who need professional places to meet or work.

  2. Where are TCOs located?
We’re working on that right now, narrowing in on five locations throughout Greater St. Louis. Locations will be selected for convenience and accessibility, with free parking, easy access from major roads, and proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, shipping services, and other everyday amenities.

  3. How is the space divided up?
TCO locations will vary in size and include a mix of conference rooms, private meeting and work spaces, phone/video rooms, and comfortable shared areas for conversation and individual work.

Each location is designed around the parts of office life people actually need: the warmth and ease of a coffee shop combined with professional places to meet and work, privacy when they need it, reliable technology, and the everyday things that make a space comfortable and useful, from a good cup of coffee to a place to hang your coat.

  4. What should professionals bring to meet there?
Bring what you need for the workday. TCO is designed to make it easy to drop in for a meeting, work between appointments, or spend a few productive hours away from a primary office.

  5. Will members have trouble finding an open power outlet?
No. We’ll have plenty of power outlets and charging stations for laptops, phones, tablets, and other devices.

  6. How about Internet access?
Reliable, high-speed internet and secure Wi-Fi will be available throughout each location.

  7. Do we lease space?
No. TCO sells access to professional workspace rather than leasing individual offices or desks. Employers purchase memberships for employees or teams, with individual memberships and pay-as-you-go options also available.
