- Who is The Corner Office for?
The Corner Office is designed for employers who want a simple, cost-effective way to support flexible work. Companies use it to offer flextime benefits, reduce corporate footprint, attract and retain talent, and provide appropriate settings for proprietary or confidential conversations, while still meeting day-to-day business needs.
It also serves small business owners, entrepreneurs, and others who spend part of their day away from a primary office and need professional places to meet or work.

Where are TCOs located?
We’re working on that right now, narrowing in on five locations throughout Greater St. Louis near the kinds of businesses, restaurants, stores and other venues that professionals frequent. - How is the space divided up?
Our approximately 2,000-5,000 square feet locations will include several conference rooms, private meeting spaces and day offices, plus private phone /video conference booths, and public meeting and work space, along with room for coffee a place to hang your coat.
The space will be designed to provide the parts of office life people need (private and public meeting space, work space and coffee) along with the parts they miss (community and stimulating conversation that inspires and ignites productivity!) - What should professionals bring to meet there?
Bring exactly what you would bring if you were going to meet at a coffee shop. What you bring in, you should bring out– although we will have temporary locking storage if you need it! - Will members have trouble finding an open power outlet?
We’ll have PLENTY of power outlets and charging stations for laptops, phones, tablets and other devices. - How about Internet access?
Solid and high speed fiber! We provide private wireless networks for our members and public wireless network is available to all. - Do we lease space?
Nope. Companies join us though membership or Pay-As-You-Go options. No contracts or specified length of membership either, although there are nice discounts for those willing to commit… and some really great perks for Founding Members!
